We’re so excited to see you back in the studio and on the bike, but before returning, please review our safety procedures and protocols! Your safety and well-being is our highest priority and we take your health very seriously.
If you are feeling symptoms of illness, or have come in contact with someone showing symptoms of illness, please stay home.
Our front desk employees and instructors are required to have their temperature checked before every shift.
Front desk staff are required to wear a mask at all times while on shift and will be available to help from a safe distance. We’ve also put protocols in place that limit our front desk staff from leaving their work stations.
We have removed non-essential furniture, props, and changing room toiletries to reduce contact surfaces. Changing rooms, benches, and all seating areas will be closed. Bathroom use will be for emergencies only, and all showers will be closed at this time.
A mask must be worn when entering the building before class. Enter through the MobCycle garage doors when you arrive. Our front desk staff will check you in, contact-free.
To accommodate the safety and health of all riders, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policy. Please be sure to cancel 12 hours before class to avoid a fee. Arrive no later than 3 mins before the class start time as late entry will not be allowed.
Additional disinfectant wipes and ample hand sanitizer will be offered before class. We will also have a handwashing station before entering the studio.
Please limit the number of personal items you bring into the studio. All lockers and cubbies will be closed off in our lobby to adhere to sanitation and safety measures. All personal items will need to be brought into the studio with you.
We have placed markers on the studio floor and will require all members and staff to adhere to social distancing practices. Please avoid waiting for classes in high traffic areas and stay on all marked floor areas until instructed to enter the studio.
Please bring your own water bottle to the studio or purchase one at our front desk. Water fountain use will be closed, water bottle fill stations will be available for emergencies only.
Our front desk and instructors will not be allowed to help adjust bikes or assist in clipping you in. Instructors will be able to verbally help adjust your bike at a safe distance.
All instructors and riders must wear masks before, during, and after class. Studio air supply/exhaust will be turned on during class to increase outside air. No fans will be allowed on during class, and A/C will be set at a lower temperature.
As soon as class ends, instructors and members are required to wear masks when exiting the studio. If you need to change your shoes, you will be asked to change them in the studio before being dismissed or outside the building.
Our front desk will be disinfecting the studio, lobby, amenity spaces, and weights 3 times a day with deep cleaning between every class.
Our retail will be available, however touching and trying on items will not be allowed at this time. Returns will not be allowed at this time.
Forgot your mask or don’t have one? No worries at all! We have face shields available for purchase at the front desk for $7.
Your first step in joining our community will be to create an online account so that we can gain some general information about you.
Once you have entered your personal information, you will be able to view our schedule and read our instructor bios to find a class that best suits your needs. The only way to guarantee your seat is to sign up in advance by reserving a bike online. Click here to see our schedule for all available class times. You can sign up by clicking the “Reserve” button for your preferred bike.
It is important to arrive early to your first class so that our trained staff can assist you with a proper bike set up and answer any questions you may have about the studio.
Our pedals are specifically designed for SPD and Delta cycling shoes, which hold your feet securely on the bike and help maximize your pedal stroke efficiency. Our bikes cannot accommodate regular workout shoes. If you don’t have your own cycling shoes, we will gladly provide them for a $2 rental charge at the front desk.
Drinking the right amount of water at the right time is key to a successful spin class. You need water to stabilize your core temperature and replenish your fluids for muscle recovery. We recommend that you drink at least 8 fluid ounces of water 30 minutes before class and bring water to your first ride.
